JOB TITLE: SAP Archving Consultant
LOCATION: West Coast Based preffered but will consider all candidate within US.
PAY RANGE: $90,000-$120,000 plus bonuses, based on experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION: We have been engaged by a client to help them find and recruit SAP Archiving consultants for their organization. They are an Enterprise Content Management firm, their product integrates with SAP among others. The positions are traveling consulting positions, no relocation needed. The preferred location is West Coast based candidates, however all candidates within the US will be considered. Salary range can be based on experience in the $90,000-$120,000, plus bonuses. Here are the details:

Purpose of the Position:
This position will be directly involved in Document Archiving implementation and support projects including the following responsibilities:

  • Leading analysis and design of customer requirements and solutions around Imaging/Document Archiving.
  • Configuration of SAP ArchiveLink and imaging solutions (Scan and Viewers) .
  • Performing testing and documentation.
  • Providing client with post go-live support.
  • Delivering training to client support personnel.
You will need the following experience to be successful in this position:
  • 3 years of SAP experience.
  • Experience in SAP Netweaver, specifically ABAP or BASIS.
  • Configuration on ArchiveLink for SAP Document Archiving, PLM, SAP Content Server or any other Imaging solution (i.e. IXOS, Filenet, Documentum, etc) .
  • Client-facing, hands-on, design and implementation experience.
The following skills are "highly nice to have":
  • SAP Business Workflow experience.
  • Experience in SAP functional areas such as FI, SD, MM, HR.
  • SAP Data archiving and DaRT knowledge.
  • Knowledge in Open Text Doculink/SAP Document Access by OT.
  • SAP Netweaver (Portal XI, KM, BW) .
  • Web technologies (J2EE, ASP.NET) .
  • Familiarity with operating systems, databases and scripting languages.
  • Records Management or eMail Management.

JOB TITLE: SAP Organizational Change Manager
LOCATION: Mid West or East Coast based only.
PAY RANGE: $100-$130,000 plus bonuses, benefits, retirement, stock options and tuition reimbursement
JOB DESCRIPTION: The SAP Organizational Change Senior Consultant provides the people and organizational focus that helps enable benefits through a deliberate and strategic program to both manage change and enable the business transformation. SAP Organization Change uses a proprietary base change management framework, consulting skills, business knowledge, processes, measurements & tools to analyze organizational change issues and drive SAP solutions that transform the client's business. Responsibilities include developing strategy and detailed plans, then delivering across the various SAP Org Change workstreams: change management, benefits realization, communication, stakeholder management, organization design, and culture transformation.

The SAP Org Change consultant often leads the change management team and manages relationships with client change management counterparts in complex environments. This is a hands-on delivery role, not an account management or business development role.

Preferred candidates will have prior consulting experience, with preference to global consulting firms, as well as Communications Sector industry experience (Energy & Utilities, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications).

Required skills:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • At least 2 years experience in In-depth SAP organizational design and transition.
  • At least 2 years experience in creating and executing a change strategy plan.
  • At least 2 years experience in developing and executing Organization Alignment.
  • At least 2 years experience in communications strategy and planning.
  • Readiness to travel up to 50%; travelling 3-4 days a week, home on weekends.

    JOB TITLE: SAP SCM eWM Analyst
    LOCATION: Mid West or East Coast only
    PAY RANGE: $100,000-$125,000 plus bonuses
    JOB DESCRIPTION: The SAP SCM Logistics Execution - Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) consultant is responsible for successful delivery of planning process transformation, change management & technology initiatives leveraging WM.

    The consultant will leverage their subject matter expertise in the area of SAP Logistics Execution with a focus on SCM EWM solution design, build, customization, test & deployment towards various client engagements. The consultant will develop functional and technical documentation and lead workshops. The consultant will lead the team of consultants and subcontractors, and coordinate with other teams for successful delivery of integrated solutions. The Consultant will leverage project management skills to develop detailed task plan towards timely completion of project milestones. The consultant will manage client relationships and will drive consensus on complex business solutions.

    The candidate should have demonstrated capability to analyze business and technical requirements; and develop solutions to address the requirements. The consultant must possess subject matter expertise in production planning processes of one or more industries. The candidate should demonstrate deep understanding of SAP package solution implementation tools and methodologies. Preferred Candidates should have hands-on SCM EWM implementation experience in at least 1 full lifecycle. Prior industry experience in production planning, ECC modules, and non-SAP packages, is a plus.

    Experience must also include expertise in one or more of these areas:

    • EWM / CRM integration
    • EWM / APO integration
    • Use of standard EWM RF transactions
    • Ability to design custom EWM RF transactions for 20X16 (handheld) and 40X8 (truckmounted)

    JOB DESCRIPTION: SAP Consultant with deep understanding of Sales and Distribution (SD) module configuration. An individual being considered for this role should possess expertise in their area of SAP specialization and leverage this knowledge to design and develop client solutions. The individual will understand how actions taken in one area of their competence impact related areas and will understand, establish and manage the scope and quality of the areas of their responsibility.

    May assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of the SAP SD module focusing on the Order to Cash / Pricing. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients business.
    Required:

    • High School Diploma/GED
    • At least 3 years experience in hands on SAP SD Configuration
    • At least 3 years experience in 3 full lifecycle implementations
    • Readiness to travel up to 50%; travelling 3-4 days a week, home on weekends
    Preferred:
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • At least 5 years experience in hands on SAP SD Configuration.
    • At least 5 years experience in 3 full lifecycle implementations Certified in SAP.

    JOB DESCRIPTION: The SAP Order to Cash Team Lead is directly responsible for successful delivery of process transformation, change management, and technology initiatives. The SAP Order to Cash Team Lead will also have direct involvement in business case development and performance measurement. A deep understanding of operations/ business challenges and the ability to translate them into solutions is critical.

    The SAP Order to Cash Team Lead may assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module focusing on Order to Cash / Pricing. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business.

    An individual being considered for this role should have deep process, industry and configuration experience. The individual will possess expertise in their area of SAP specialization and leverage this knowledge to design and develop client solutions. The individual will understand how actions taken in one area of their competence impact related areas and will understand, establish and manage the scope and quality of the areas of their responsibility. The individual will have a strong understanding of how SAP integrates across modules and with other IT systems. The individual will have knowledge of integration points with Warehousing Management (SAP WM/EWM or legacy WMS), Transportation Management, Intercompany Billing, International sales/ Commissionaire structure, Customer Relationship Management and Business Intelligence Reporting.

    JOB DESCRIPTION: We were engaged by a new client to find several SAP resources, one of which is a SAP Workflow consultant. This is a perm position, with an Enterprise Content Management software firm. The position does require 80-100% travel and salary will be based on experience in the $100,000-$115,000 range plus 10% bonuses. Here are a few more details about the position:

    Purpose of Position:
    Implement proprietary SAP workflow solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Job duties include: Leading and assisting clients with designing leading edge workflow solutions, configuration and enhancement of proprietary software product within SAP, client upgrades and the input into the development of future releases of products.

    Primary Duties:

    • Consult with customers on workflow solutions and develop workflow processes using SAP workflow engine.
    • Planning, Implementation, and Rollout of workflow solution.
    • Technical implementation of concepts including documentation.
    • Programming (40-60% of time).
    • Thorough testing of developed solution.
    • Quality control of functionality on customer system.
    • Provide post go-live support when requested.
    • Provide knowledge transfer to customer on the solution being implemented.
    Skills & Knowledge:
    • Extensive experience leading the design and implementation of workflow solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
    • At least 2 full cycle implementations of SAP workflow processes on SAP version 4.7 and above involving multiple tasks and custom business object types.
    • Experience with advanced workflow techniques like table driven parallel processing, complicated role design/programming.
    • Experience with ABAP programming including Dialog programming using all the advanced techniques like tab strips, controls, etc.
    • Excellent business process know-how and excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to multi-task (i.e., juggle multiple projects on occasion).
    • Ability to work well in a team environment and develop business partner relationships with clients.
    Nice to have:
    • Imaging / Archiving knowledge.
    • Experience with SAP ArchiveLink and Imaging systems (ie. IXOS).
    Academic:
    • Bachelors or advanced degree preferably related to Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
